Just a short post today since we are enjoying a rare long weekend with Kristy's sister Jenny and my parents...and we want to spend some quality time with them. But here is a look at our Thanksgiving festivities yesterday.
Most of the afternoon was spent cooking together. This year the menu included:
- No Knead Challah Bread (in honor of Thanksgivingukkah).
- Vegetarian Stuffing
- Mushroom Gravy
- Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- Mashed Potatoes
- Pumpkin Pudding
- Cranberry Sauce
